Our structured cabling installations carry a 25 year manufacturer backed system warranty, registered on completion. That covers the performance of the installed system, not only the components.
On top of the manufacturer warranty, our own labour is warranted for 2 years. If something we installed is not right, we come back and put it right.
Every copper and fibre link is tested with Fluke Networks equipment and the results are issued as PDF traces. Nothing is signed off on the basis that it seemed to work on the day.
You receive as built CAD drawings, full test results, calibration certificates for the test equipment and warranty registration documents. Facilities and IT teams can use that pack for years afterwards, and it saves paying someone to survey the building again.
It is a manufacturer backed warranty on the installed cabling system, registered once the installation passes testing. We will confirm the exact terms for your project before you commit.

Yes. Engineers are directly employed and DBS checked, with clearance for Ministry of Defence and prison service environments where the site requires it.
Yes. Risk assessments and method statements are issued before we come to site, and we work to the principal contractor requirements where there is one.
